Well, it's come to my immediate attention the biggest obstacle we, as parents face, is managing. That is, managing time, money, strength, love, friendships, children, the house work, the garden, the car maintenance, oh the list goes on...It seems there are many solutions out there to this whole management idea, but it also seems you have to find one that works for you personally. So, if you have a great management idea, please post it on the site and share it with the community, because we all need a little managing...

WESTCOAST MOMS PRESENTS...

Our MOMENTUM Conference will feature lunch, mommy discussions, mini makeovers, and door prizes. Renowned motivational speaker Kelly Nault will deliver the opening keynote address in her engaging style. Kelly, who has been featured on radio and TV in B.C. and the U.S., will help moms learn how to achieve greater happiness through work/life balance.

Moms in attendance will also have the opportunity to choose from a selection of customized workshops offered concurrently and designed especially for today's busy mom. Topics will cover everything from wellness tips to getting organized; fostering relationships and self care. MOMentum will be a day just for Moms of all ages to come together and partake in exciting, fun-filled conference with some proceeds from our ticket sales and activities benefiting The Pacific Postpartum Society and Vancouver Food Bank Basics for Babies Program.
